WHAT ARE THE METHODS OF PAYMENTS?

All prices on our website are in Canadian dollars.
Canadian taxes do not apply to USA and international residents, but they are responsible for custom duties and taxes.
WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF PRINTING?
Our museum-quality art prints are made on thick matte paper with archival pigment inks that produce rich and saturated colors that are durable and won't lose their original beauty over time.
The production time is usually 2-3 business days.
Each print is carefully packed and shipped rolled in a protective tube.
It fits perfectly in most popular frames. Frames are not included.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Approximately 1 to 7 business days is the duration of delivery time for Canada and the USA, and 3 to 12 business days for other countries.
We offer free shipping worldwide for all orders.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We rely on carriers that offer shipping services that are reliable, fast, and trackable.
We'll send you an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. This number can be used to track your shipment on the carrier's website.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED?
Lost Package? To initiate a claim with the shipping carrier, please contact us immediately. The claim may require additional information to be processed.
Did you receive a damaged item? We will replace it at no cost! Simply reach out to us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll handle the rest.
CAN I RETURN, EXCHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if there are any issues with your order.
